of Holly & Associates, Inc. He began working in construction at age 17. Throughout college, Janver continued to work in construction part time. After college, he spent 5 years working with Youth Groups before returning to graduate school. Janver started Holly Construction in 1984. After graduate school, Janver’s lifelong love of construction was fully rekindled and construction became his chosen career. Holly Construction was incorporated in 1999 and became Holly & Associate, Inc., General Building Contractors. Janver is continually active with various Sonoma County youth and charitable organizations.
Justin Hunter Business Development & Project Management
. He left his Business Development Management role at an industrial engineering firm to bring his skills to the Holly team. He is in charge of keeping all of the many details of construction together and ensuring that each project is cared for with the same level of focus. Among his many hats, he does project management, sales, marketing, client and field liaison, selection oversight, client budget and billing management.
Cory McCormick Estimator & Project Management
Cory has worked in construction for the past 20 years building commercial buildings throughout the Bay Area. He went to Santa Rosa Junior College then on to Chico State to get a degree in Construction Management. Some local projects he has managed include SRJC Parking garage, Memorial Hospital Emergency room expansion, Benziger winery tank expansion, Dominican University Edgehill mansion restoration and numerous schools for Cotati Rohnert park unified school district. Cory is an Elder at the Cove church and enjoys water and snow skiing with his wife and two girls.
Eric Joost Estimator & Project Management.
Having been in the Design/Build Industry for over 25 years. Eric is also a licensed General Contractor and brings a wealth of experience to all aspects of the art & science of construction. Before moving to California and becoming a GC, Eric spent a decade as a Pipe Organ designer/builder throughout the Mid-West.
Rich Holly Project Management. Rich is a licensed General Building and Landscaping Contractor. He brings his 35 plus years of construction experience to our team and he coordinates all aspects of his projects, overseeing them from conception to completion. Rich has an eye for design and a strong understanding of soil and plant properties. He has managed both large and small projects for the Holly team ranging from full home construction to outdoor living spaces.
Kim Titone Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant
and has been with the Holly team for many years. She keeps our books, does an array of essential tasks, and keeps the office flowing.
